Kyle Cotterill is an accomplished and motivational Project Director and Operations Leader, with significant experience working on large scale multi-billion-pound transportation programs. With a track record of achievements leading modification, commissioning, asset optimization and product introduction work streams on major contracts for clients such as London Underground, Transport for London, Hitachi, and Alston.
Kyle has been with TXM Consult since its inception, leading the Engineering, Asset Management and Maintenance Services (EAMMS) service offering and brings experience in establishing continuous process improvements; applying lean techniques to optimize business operations, analyzing costs per project, and proactively introducing new tools and solutions to safeguard the attainment of Key Performance Indicators.
